  • By 2015, the impact of women on the global economy will be at least as significant as the one-billion-plus populations of China and India (ΕΥ)

  • Companies with the highest share of women in executive committes outperform companies with no women executives by at least 45 %, in terms of return on equity and operating results (McKinsey)
